Margin Notes

Margin Notes is the newsletter Jamie June launched through Signed, Sealed, Subscribed — a one-week, done-for-you newsletter launch program I co-run with copywriter Caitie Cupples. Jamie came in knowing she wanted her newsletter to feel like more than just another email. She wanted it to have a real identity — something that felt intentional, on-brand, and worth subscribing to on its own.

In one week, we built her exactly that.

Every newsletter that comes through Signed, Sealed, Subscribed gets a brand kit built around their existing visual identity — a sub-brand that feels like an extension of who they already are while giving the newsletter its own presence and personality.

For Margin Notes, that meant creating a newsletter identity that felt grounded, editorial, and distinctly Jamie.

Custom newsletter branding, email banners, an opt-in landing page, and a visual layout designed to work across platforms — all delivered within a single week alongside Caitie's copy strategy, content planning, and welcome email.

The result was more than a newsletter launch. As Jamie put it, the brand assets and messaging from the process wove their way through the rest of her brand entirely — giving her a clearer, more aligned foundation to move her business forward from.

“Working with Stacy and Caitie to create a new brand and vision for my newsletter was a dream!”

Caitie's genius touch helped plan a direction for the newsletter that is more aligned and clear than what I was using previously, and Stacy's magic brought my vision to life. The brand assets and messaging we solidified have woven their way through the rest of my brand, and I'm so glad I had the chance to partner with this duo to make it all happen.

This was truly such a great experience, probably in my list of the top 5 best investments I've made for my business. I'm so glad I got one of the first spots!”

Your newsletter deserves to be a brand, not just an email.

When it has its own identity — a name, a look, a reason people actually want to subscribe — it stops being something you have to push yourself to send and starts being something your audience looks forward to receiving. That's what this work is about. And if you're ready for that, let's talk.
