MARKETING DESIGN SERVICES:

The design side of your business handled, so you can focus on running it.

Everyone celebrates the big, shiny launch — but you and I both know that moment starts months earlier, with pages to design, funnels to build, graphics to create, and a hundred small decisions that shape how your offer shows up in the world.

I’m here to make your next launch a success months in advance, with design support for the in-between moments that turn your big ideas into something real.

You already have incredible offers working in the world.

But the design that supports those offers often gets built in pieces.

It feels fine from inside your business to repurpose a sales page from one launch, Scotch-tape together some funnel updates, and use some random Canva templates just so it gets “done.”

The problem is: it works until it doesn’t — and you don’t want that moment to be when your launch is on the line.

When pieces of your campaign feel disconnected, your clients’ experience is compromised — and the trust they need to buy into your offer starts to slip.

That’s where I step in — to make sure the design behind your launches actually supports the quality of the work you’re putting into the world.

Save your energy for the parts of launch season only you can handle — I’ll take care of the design stuff.

Instead of scrambling to update sales pages, track down graphics from three launches ago, or squeeze design tasks into an already packed calendar, you can focus on big-picture strategy and showing up, with the peace of mind that your funnel pages and offer details are designed to perfection and ready to support your sales.

Your sales pages get updated before the rush.

Your funnel and course pages evolve seamlessly with your offers.

Your launch graphics are cohesive and ready when it’s time to promote.

And of course, your focus stays where it belongs: leading the launch, not managing the details behind it.

Ongoing Design Support for a High-Growth Membership

As Lindsay’s membership and digital product ecosystem grew, so did the number of design needs that came with it — from product covers to seasonal campaigns to internal membership graphics. Together, we’ve refreshed sales pages, designed new product visuals, created graphics inside the membership, and supported ongoing marketing and ad campaigns.

Instead of design becoming a bottleneck, Lindsay now has a steady creative partner helping her brand evolve alongside the business — so every launch, promotion, and new product shows up polished and consistent.

“Stacy is just so good at what she does! She has some of the best design skills I've seen. I love how she keeps everything simple while still making it look professional and polished. I feel a HUGE weight has been lifted. Now that I have a professional, beautiful brand, I can focus on my area of expertise.” - LINDSAY

PAID ADS ACADEMY

Redesign an Entire Go High Level Ecosystem

When Paid Ads Academy refreshed their brand, their Kajabi sales pages suddenly felt like they belonged to an earlier version of the business. We updated and redesigned the full suite of sales pages so everything reflected the new brand direction — while protecting the messaging and structure that was already converting.

The result was a sales ecosystem that finally felt aligned with the caliber of the program itself. Every page now works together visually, making the buying experience clearer and more confident for prospective students.

“I am so impressed with what Stacy has created. She really brought our new branding and our vision to life. I am so proud to launch our new site publicly as well as share it with the team. She was so easy to work with especially with feedback I shared! She customized each page and came up with really cool ideas that led to creative elements throughout each page. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into this HUGE project with 70+ pages needing rebranding.” - ASHLEY BROCK

THE ACTIVE EDUCATOR

Designing a Complete Funnel System

For The Active Educator, we designed the full customer journey inside Kajabi — from the sales page to checkout to the internal course environment. That included the sales page, checkout flow, course thumbnails, and design inside the program itself, so everything felt connected and intentional.

Instead of feeling like a series of disconnected pages, the entire experience now moves smoothly from marketing to learning environment — building trust with educators from the first click all the way through the course.

“Oh my goodness, Stacy! This just made my heart burst. I am SO grateful our paths crossed, and you were about to make my dream vision of the logo and other promotional images/work come to life. You are amazing at what you do. I cannot wait to continue working together!” - ANDRIANA

COLLABORATED WITH JULIANA

Bringing a Summit Launch to Life

For Juliana’s summit launch, we developed the full visual theme for the event — including the summit sales page, promotional graphics, and launch assets used across email and social. The goal was to create something that felt polished and recognizable from the moment people encountered it, helping the event stand out in a crowded online space.

The result was a cohesive launch presence that made the summit feel like a true event that people could get excited to attend, not just another registration page.

“It is extremely helpful to get perspective, advice, and guidance from Stacy. As the founder, you're extremely passionate and knowledgeable about who and how you help, but sometimes, because you're so close to it, you overcomplicate it. You 100% need to streamline copy and visuals with an expert like Stacy. She is so much more than a graphic designer. She will help clarify your copy and messaging that you can reuse for years to come. It's more than worth the investment. The clarity she brings to your business will feel amazing!” - JULIANA

Launching a Newsletter with a Strong Visual Identity

Jamie wanted her newsletter to feel like more than just another email landing in someone’s inbox. We designed a custom newsletter template, opt-in landing page, and launch graphics so the entire experience — from signing up to receiving the emails — felt intentional and on-brand.

Now her newsletter functions as a branded content hub that helps grow her audience while reinforcing the personality of her brand.

“Working with Stacy and Caitie to create a new brand and vision for my newsletter was a dream! This was truly such a great experience, probably in my list of the top 5 best investments I've made for my business. I'm so glad I got one of the first spots!” - JAMIE

PROJECT-BASED:

Design Sprints

When your business is growing, you don’t always need a massive project. Sometimes you just need someone to jump in and bring the next thing you're building to life.

Design Sprints are focused, project-based design blocks for founders launching, refining, or expanding their offers. We identify the priority, design it well, and keep your brand moving forward.

Common Design Sprint projects include:

Sales page design
Launch visuals and assets
Funnel or course experience design
Marketing and advertising graphics
Or something custom

Half Day Sprints, $750
Full Day Sprints, $1,500

RETAINER:

Creative Partnerships

But even with a team in place, the creative decisions often still land back on the founder’s plate.

You’re reviewing designs, answering brand questions, approving visuals, and trying to keep everything cohesive — all while running the business itself.

The Creative Partnership is designed to take that creative leadership off your plate.

If you’re moving in and out of launch seasons, expanding offers, refining messaging, or managing a growing team — I’m here to be the consistent, reliable creative director you need to stay ahead of your marketing

The Creative Partnership is ongoing monthly support for founders who want a trusted creative partner guiding their brand as the business grows.

Within the partnership, you get:

  • A monthly strategy call to review priorities and upcoming initiatives

  • Slack access (or integration with your team’s communication platform) for ongoing collaboration

  • Priority design support for launches, campaigns, and new offers

  • Sales page, marketing asset, and funnel design

  • Website updates and refinements as your programs evolve

  • Brand oversight to ensure everything stays cohesive

Each Creative Partnership includes space for 2–3 priority projects or updates per month, depending on scope.

The details of the partnership depend on what you’re building.

Your launch schedule, offers, and team structure will shape how we work together. The best way to explore it is with a quick conversation.

Book a discovery call, and we’ll talk through your next season of growth and how a creative partnership could support it.

Starting at $2,000/month, 3-month minimum.

CAN I TELL YOU A SECRET?

It’s not really about the design.

I mean, yes —you’ll walk away with a beautiful design that supports your launches.

But the real benefit of this structure goes deeper than that.

When your design support is organized — whether through focused Design Sprints or an ongoing Creative Partnership — it gives your business something most growing brands are missing:

A clear container for how your launches and marketing actually come together.

✔️ You’re not scrambling to prepare for launch season — you already know when design updates are happening.

✔️ You can zoom out and see the bigger picture of your offers, funnels, and marketing ecosystem.

✔️ Instead of rebuilding pieces every time you launch, you’re refining and improving what already exists.

So while you do get strategic design support and a task completed, you also gain more clarity in your launch planning, while protecting your brand along the way.

HOW IT WORKS:

STEP 2

We decide on the right approach

Once we connect, we'll clarify the scope of your project and the best way to support it! Some projects are perfect for a focused Design Sprint, while others benefit from ongoing strategic support through a Creative Partnership. Either way, we'll make sure the plan aligns with your timeline, goals, and launch schedule.

STEP 1

Share what you’re building.

Fill out the inquiry form below and tell me a bit about what you're working on — whether you're looking for a focused Design Sprint or exploring an ongoing Creative Partnership. I'll review the details and reply within two business days with next steps, availability, and a recommended path forward.

STEP 3

We bring it all to life!

Once everything is confirmed, we get to work. I’ll handle the design side of things while keeping you in the loop at key moments for feedback and approvals. The goal is simple: thoughtful, cohesive design that supports what you're building — without adding more work to your plate.

Tell me what you’re building next — there’s no such thing as too many details here!

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I reach out?

Most Design Sprints can be completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on the scope. If you have a launch, promotion, or deadline coming up, it’s always helpful to reach out earlier so we can map the work into my schedule and make sure everything is ready when you need it.

Do I need to be an existing client to book a Design Sprint?

Not at all. Many clients start with a Design Sprint as their first project with me.

As long as your business already has a clear brand foundation (logo, colors, overall direction), we can absolutely jump into designing the next piece you need — whether that’s a sales page, funnel, launch graphics, or a new website page.

If we discover along the way that you need deeper brand work, I’ll guide you toward the best next step.

What’s the difference between a Design Sprint and the Creative Partnership?

Design Sprints are scoped per project. Most clients invest book half, full day or multiple sprints depending on scope — sales pages, funnel builds, and multi-asset launch packages sit at the higher end. Reach out, and I'll put together a clear scope for what you need.

Creative Partnership retainers start at $2,000/month, with a minimum 3-month commitment. Every engagement is scoped to your actual launch calendar and business needs — not a generic package.

How does payment work?

This happens often! Many clients book multiple Design Sprints across a launch cycle — for example, starting with a sales page and then adding launch graphics or funnel updates.

If your business needs ongoing support beyond individual projects, we can also explore the Creative Partnership, so design stays consistent as your brand grows.

What platforms do you design for?

Most of my clients are working in platforms like Squarespace, Kajabi, WordPress, and GoHighLevel, but the design strategy itself works across platforms.

If you’re unsure whether your platform is a fit, just mention it in the inquiry form, and we’ll figure it out together.

What if I need more than one thing designed?

Design Sprints are split into two payments: 50% to reserve your spot on my calendar, and the remaining 50% when the project begins.

For Creative Partnerships, billing happens monthly for the duration of the agreement.

Most brand & website projects take about 8–10 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and responsiveness. Website-only projects are typically 4–6 weeks. We move with momentum, but never at the expense of strategy. The timeline ensures your foundation is built intentionally, so you’re not rebuilding again in six months.

BRAND & WEB DESIGN SUPPORT

Great marketing starts with a strong foundation.

If your brand is feeling inconsistent, your website isn't converting, or you're ready for a look that actually matches where your business is going — that's where we start. I offer brand and website design for founders who are ready to build something that lasts.

You don’t need to be the one managing every creative detail. You need someone who understands the vision and can help carry it forward.

If you’re ready to focus on leading your business instead of coordinating the design behind it, let’s start the conversation.
