SPEAKING & CONVERSATION

Having the big, bold conversations is kind of the point.

One of my favorite things about being a business owner is getting to collaborate and pop up in other people’s spaces — the podcast interview, the summit session, the member workshop where someone walks away and actually does the thing.

That’s where the good stuff happens.

I’m Stacy Aguilar — strategic creative director and brand designer for women founders who are done playing small with their visuals.

I’ve spent over a decade helping businesses grow, and I talk about what actually moves the needle: the small, intentional design decisions that change how your audience sees you and how you see yourself as a business owner.

The Conversations We Could Have

My work lives at the intersection of design and confidence. Most of what I teach comes back to one idea: you don’t need to blow up your brand to show up differently. Small, strategic shifts compound — and they change how your brand reads, how your audience trusts you, and how boldly you show up in your own business.

Showing Up With Visual Authority

For founders who know their stuff but whose visuals aren’t reflecting it yet. We talk about how to use design intentionally to build credibility, attract the right clients, and stop second-guessing every graphic you make.

Small Shifts, Big Impact

The specific, low-lift design decisions that quietly upgrade how your brand is perceived — without starting over. Practical, actionable, and something your audience can implement the same week.

Both topics translate well across podcast interviews, virtual workshops, member events, and summit presentations.
