You don’t have to over-explain here.

Getting started is simpler than you think.

You’re about to see what it’s like to partner with someone who understands layered offers, evolving funnels, and growing teams — and knows how to build a brand and website that actually supports it all.

Tell me what you’re planning — the offers, the pivots, the messy middle. The more context, the better! You’ll hear back from me within two business days with availability for a discovery call (and if we’re aligned, you can move straight into securing your spot). Please review my brand design and marketing design packages before inquiring below. →

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I already have a brand I like?

Great! If you have a strong foundation, we’ll build on it.

We don’t redesign for the sake of redesigning — but I will tell you honestly if something needs refinement to support where your business is headed next. Iteration is part of growth.

What platforms do you design on?

I have extensive experience in Squarespace, Kajabi, and GoHighLevel, and I also work in WordPress. We’ll choose the platform that best supports your offers, tech stack, and future plans.

How far in advance should I reach out?

I typically book 1–2 months in advance. If you have a launch or milestone in mind, it’s best to reach out as soon as you’re thinking about it so we can plan strategically (not reactively).

How long will my project take?

Most brand & website projects take about 8–10 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and responsiveness. Website-only projects are typically 4–6 weeks. We move with momentum, but never at the expense of strategy. The timeline ensures your foundation is built intentionally, so you’re not rebuilding again in six months.

What platforms do you design for?

Most of my clients are working in platforms like Squarespace, Kajabi, WordPress, and GoHighLevel, but the design strategy itself works across platforms.

If you’re unsure whether your platform is a fit, just mention it in the inquiry form, and we’ll figure it out together.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Most projects are split into 3–4 equal payments, depending on scope. We’ll walk through options on our call and find a structure that feels aligned and manageable for your business.

Can we continue working together after launch?

Absolutely. Many clients book ongoing project-based support or design “sprints” for new launches, sales pages, funnels, and marketing assets. Your business will evolve — and your design can evolve with it.

In the meantime…

Good design conversations don’t only happen in client projects. I talk about brand strategy, the business of design, and what it actually takes to build something that lasts — on podcasts, in interviews, and anywhere founders are listening.

Hi, I’m Stacy — strategic creative partner, former teacher, and someone who deeply understands the “messy middle” of growth.

If you’ve built something powerful and it’s starting to expand in ways that feel exciting and overwhelming, you’re in the right place. I work with founders who are juggling offers, launches, funnels, and big ideas — and need a brand and website that finally makes it all make sense.
